If I could ‘If This is Love’ would have gotten 10 stars for me. The story was beautifully written, and although I normally don’t really like to read these books where a lot of time passes by, it worked perfectly for this book. I cried, I screamed (internally of course, I don’t want to upset the kids :D) and above all I prayed these two would find their way to each other. I devoured ‘If This is Love’ from start to finish. What? Yep, and trust me it’s as horrible as it sounds. Because although Indie and Milo really want to be together, Milo is supposed to marry another girl.

Indie and Milo get closer, and their love story is really heartbreaking. This story starts when Indie is barely in her teens, and we end reading their story when Indie is in her twenties. And Milo definitely starts seeing Indie as the beautiful woman she became. And the older she gets, the more horrible the people around her act towards her, except for Milo.

Indie has loved Milo as far more than a brother. But although he might act like a big brother, Indie has never looked at him like that. Milo takes care of her, when no one else does. Milo is eight years older than her, and is always around at her farm home. When the one person that does love her, dies, Indie is heartbroken and scared. She grows up in a billionaires home surrounded by people who don’t seem to care about her. Indie has anything but a normal childhood. ‘If This is Love’ is the heartbreaking story of Indie and Milo. Without a shadow of a doubt, ‘If This is Love’ is going on my favorite list this year! This book was just so damn good! It was a bit crazy, addicting, romantic, heartbreaking, beautiful, brutal, sexy and just earthshattering good! I loved it and missed the two main characters right after finishing the book! And honestly, writing a review about this book is just hard because I won’t be able to do it justice. So I signed up for an ARC of ‘If This is Love’, and after reading the book description I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. I had to read her new book as well, even if I didn’t yet have a clue where it was about. So when I read about a new upcoming book by Jewel E. That book was just so damn good and I obsessed over it weeks later. He is not free. The man I love is marrying the woman I hate.Ī few weeks ago I read ‘Before Us’ by Jewel E. I dream of the day when we won't have to hide our feelings.īut Milo has a secret. With the first glimpse of freedom from my pathetic excuse for a father, I imagine a future with Milo.

I look at him like the man God made just for me. As I get older, I no longer look at Milo like a big brother. When the only person who loves me dies, Milo's there. I live in a castle, but I'm not a princess. Milo lives in the barn, a cowboy through and through. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. I received this book for free from Valentine PR in exchange for an honest review.
